About FintellHQ
FintellHQ is an independent research platform tracking the intersection of crypto and public equities — specifically corporate Bitcoin treasuries, spot Bitcoin & Ethereum ETF flows, and the narratives moving both books. Every published figure traces to a primary source. This page explains our editorial standards, data sourcing methodology, and correction policy.
Our mission
Give investors — from beginners buying their first Bitcoin ETF to institutional desks tracking mNAV — a single place where every number is honest. Live prices, filings-verified corporate crypto holdings, aggregated news from vetted publishers. No paywalls. No affiliate tracking. No fabricated numbers.
live corporate Bitcoin & Ethereum treasury data, ETF flow tracking, and per-theme news pulse. Reference guides at /learn.
Editorial standards
Primary-source only. Corporate holdings trace to SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K). Shares outstanding come from SEC EDGAR XBRL data. We do not publish treasury figures sourced from aggregator sites (BitcoinTreasuries.net, etc.) without independent confirmation.
No fabricated numbers. When data is unavailable, we show an em-dash — never an estimate presented as a fact. Miners with self-produced Bitcoin show no cost basis because there isn't one. Non-US filers show a gate note explaining what's needed to compute their figures.
Sourcing transparency per figure. Every treasury row links to the filing (typically a specific 8-K or 10-Q). The as-of date appears next to the figure. Every price carries the vendor attribution (Polygon.io for equities with a 15-min delay disclosure, CoinGecko for crypto).
Independence. We accept no compensation for coverage. No pay-to-play placement. No affiliate links on data pages. No paid CT threads promoting our own inventory. Featured tickers are featured because they matter, not because they paid.
Corrections. When we get something wrong, we fix it and note it. Material corrections to methodology or data reporting are logged with a dated correction note.
